Privacy policy

Information related to the processing of personal data.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, in compliance with the information obligation arising from Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"), we hereby inform you:

- We always process your personal data for a specific purpose and only the data that is necessary to achieve it. Data that is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing is immediately deleted.

1. The categories of recipients of your personal data include:

a) persons authorized by the Administrator,
b) entities processing personal data on the basis of a data processing entrustment agreement concluded by the Administrator,
c) entities whose participation in the provision of the service is necessary due to the content of the agreement, e.g. companies providing courier services, postal services and companies providing document and media destruction services, companies providing document management and storage services, companies providing legal and tax services and debt collection services, as well as companies providing accounting services,
d) entities to which the Administrator has made personal data available under the law.


2. The Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area to a third country or an international organization.

3. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

a) the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of processing,
b) the right to object to the processing of your personal data,
c) the right to transfer your personal data to another administrator,
d) the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal – if the processing is based on consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) or Article 9 paragraph 2 letter a of the GDPR),
e) the right to lodge a complaint with the body supervising the protection of personal data (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).


4. In order to exercise the above rights, you can contact the Administrator by letter or e-mail (details as in point 1).

5. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but is in some situations necessary to conclude and implement the Agreement with the Administrator. Refusal to provide personal data may result in the impossibility of concluding the agreement, considering the application or the submitted claim.

6. Your data will be processed by the Administrator in an automated manner (profiling), but this will not cause any legal effects for you or affect your situation in a similar way.
